The WP OptIn plugin is easily installed and configured. Once you order and download the plugin, unzip and upload the wpoptin folder to your Wordpress plugins folder.

Next, login to your Wordpress admin area. Browse to the Plugins tab and Activate the WP OptIn plugin. Next, browse to the Settings menu and choose the WP OptIn tab.

From the WP OptIn menu, choose the tab that corresponds to your mail provider – Aweber, ConstantContact, or MailChimp. Fill in the respective form to configure WP OptIn to work with your email list.

Once you have set these options, your comment subscription should now work. Browse to one of your posts and enter a test comment using your name and email. Make sure to check the Subscribe checkbox and submit the comment. Now check your email for a opt-in confirmation or login to your email provider to see if you have been subscribed.
